What do you write about music?

Write about the band or how to play their music?

Writing about music example.

I like this track from a band called Sasquatch the bassist Krist Novoselic was a bassist in a long-loved iconic Seattle grunge rock band Nirvana. But why do I like this song so much is it the variations in instrument solos and the progressive rhythm. Her voice or even the end chord which I found after a search for Giants in the Trees – Sasquatch chords which yielded no results. So I sent the video to chordify an online software to roughly auto-generate song chord progressions with free and premium features. Chordify came up with this progression A-B-E-G which sounds about right however the software is not always right.

Write about music history and background?

Where did music originate be it folk, rock, blues, EDM even where did music come from in human evolution.

How did music begin? Did our early ancestors first start by beating things together to create rhythm, or use their voices to sing? What types of instruments did they use? Has music always been important in human society, and if so, why? These are some of the questions explored in a recent Hypothesis and Theory article published in Frontiers in Sociology. The answers reveal that the story of music is, in many ways, the story of humans.
